Hiring Our Premises
Our facilities are available for hire at reasonable rates.
There is disabled access to all entrances, and a disabled toilet.
Hiring our Hall
The hall is ideal for children's parties, or small celebrations. It can seat up to 40 around tables, up to 60 for a buffet. There is a casual seating area, and a well equipped kitchen for catering. It also works well for meetings, seating up to 60.
The Hall can be hired for £20 for the first hour, and £10 each subsequent hour. It is approximately 15mX8m (45'X24'). Hire charges include use of the kitchen.
Sanctuary
Our sanctuary area can seat 60 downstairs, and an additional 100 in the balcony. There is a pa system, and a built-in projector and screen. There is a hearing loop downstairs. This area can also be re-arranged for formal meals or training events. A laptop can be used from the front, or from upstairs, and can be linked to the PA system if needed (e.g. for showing video clips
Small Lounge
There is also a smaller lounge, which works well for smaller meetings (up to 12)
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettles, urn, coffee maker and toaster. There is enough white china for 40, plus cutlery, glasses and jugs. There are 7 large tables (seating up to 8) and 8 smaller tables (seating 4) that can be used anywhere in the premises. There are also some 'child sized' tables and chairs.
A portable projector, TV, DVD and flip chart are also available
